- Client Engagement: Generate and lead high quality business conversations with senior stakeholders, including introductory meetings, presentations, demos, and in person discussions.
- Consultative Selling: Take a solutions led approach to understanding client priorities and challenges, aligning relevant people, leadership, and coaching based solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage multiple opportunities concurrently and maintain momentum across the full sales cycle, ensuring professional follow through and clear communication at every stage.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted, long term relationships with senior HR leaders, business leaders, and other key decision makers across target accounts.
- Commercial Positioning: Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and articulate the value and return on investment of proposed solutions in a credible and persuasive manner.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Business at events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities, supporting wider visibility, partnerships, and market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal colleagues and senior leadership to progress opportunities effectively, draw on specialist expertise where relevant, and support a seamless transition into delivery following successful conversion.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous refinement of commercial approaches, sales processes, and the overall client journey to improve effectiveness and experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up to date records of opportunities, activity, and commercial progress within the CRM through to agreement stage.
