Role Overview
The Brand Executive will lead efforts to create engaging in-store brand experiences that reflect the premium positioning of the product. This role combines operational execution, consumer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the Brand Retail environment consistently delivers on the Company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Activation: Implement brand-led initiatives across all retail touchpoints to enhance consumer interaction and awareness.
• POS and Visual Coordination: Oversee the creation, deployment, and maintenance of point-of-sale materials and in-store visibility assets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse consumer engagement metrics to optimise retail initiatives and improve adoption across the customer journey.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all Brand Retail locations maintain a uniform, premium look and feel, aligned with the Company’s image.
• Supplier and Logistics Management: Coordinate with suppliers and manage the inventory, installation, and upkeep of branding materials.
• Corporate Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, modelling professional conduct and upholding the Company’s reputation.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in Brand Retail, Trade Marketing, or Consumer Engagement is essential.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messaging effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate across teams and foster strong internal and external relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and familiarity with retail operations and POS systems.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to address challenges and deliver solutions efficiently.
