Store Manager

Victoria’s Secret is a leading brand on the market whose mission is to support women in everything they do. A brand of modern collections featuring iconic lingerie pieces, relaxed sleepwear, sportswear and swimwear, as well as award-winning fragrances and body care products.

We are expanding our retail network and opening new stores in Slovakia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Serbia and Slovenia.

VICTORIA’S SECRET MANAGEMENT TEAM

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager and leadership team who will take a key role in leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving consistent growth in sales and profit
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience: building customer loyalty through personalized service and a high level of sales skills
  • Maximizing sales: spending 80% of working time on the sales floor to monitor activities and support the sales team
  • Leading the sales team: mentoring, developing and modeling best sales and support practices, while taking responsibility for leading 10–12 sales segments weekly
  • Visual and marketing standards: ensuring an attractive visual appearance of the store and executing strategies for successful product sales
  • Business analysis: creating action plans based on sales analysis and identified improvement opportunities
  • Operations management: implementing company procedures and standards, optimizing staff schedules, monitoring inventory and ensuring cash register accuracy
  • Cost control: managing expenses to achieve maximum profitability

  • Understanding and demonstrating company values: actively implementing the values of Victoria’s Secret across all business processes
  • Talent development: encouraging employee career growth through mentoring, training and delegating responsibilities to assistant managers
  • Providing feedback: regularly monitoring employee performance and giving constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Promoting team culture and collaboration: developing a productive and motivating work environment through constructive communication and fostering mutual respect and cooperation with all team members and other company departments

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
    (experience with premium or luxury brands is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to inspire a team and create a positive work environment
  • Passion for premium products and customer orientation
  • Strong sales skills and focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze business performance, prioritize opportunities, and build simple strategies to improve results
  • Active knowledge and use of English
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office package)
