Role Overview

The ERP Systems Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the ERP system within the organization. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the ERP system, providing technical support, and implementing system enhancements to meet business needs. The Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, system administration, user support, and contributing to ongoing ERP-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP System Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring user access control, data integrity, and optimal system performance.
• User Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to ERP functionalities and processes. Conduct training sessions and create relevant user guides.
• System Enhancements: Collaborate in evaluating and implementing new ERP modules and upgrades to enhance functionality.
• Data Management: Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Project Management: Contribute to ERP-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Support in system upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Education: Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team player with a proactive attitude and an ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and database management is a plus. Familiarity with ERP system administration.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workloads.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.
