Travel Consultants And Clerks

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, tickets, accommodation, and other travel arrangements. 
• Provide accurate information about destinations, routes, schedules, fares, and travel requirements. 
• Process travel documents, bookings, payments, and customer records accurately and efficiently. 
• Handle customer enquiries and changes to travel arrangements while providing professional and helpful service. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
