Trainer, Information Technology

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver IT training sessions based on learners’ needs and training objectives. 
• Demonstrate software, computer systems, applications, and other IT tools through practical exercises. 
• Assess learners’ understanding and provide guidance, feedback, and additional support where required. 
• Prepare training materials, maintain training records, and keep knowledge of IT technologies and practices up to date. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
