Telephone Switchboard Operator

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department. 
• Take accurate messages and provide basic information to callers in a polite and professional manner. 
• Operate and maintain the telephone switchboard system, handling call transfers, holds, and enquiries. 
• Maintain accurate call records and assist with general reception and administrative duties when required. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
