Rooms Attendant

Montekristo Estates is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Rooms Attendant to join our hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Change bed linen and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitise assigned areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with laundry duties when required.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or rooms attendant experience is considered an asset.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are considered an asset.
