Legal Secretary

• Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and court forms.
• Manage lawyers' calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, and coordinate travel where required.
• Maintain and organise legal files, client records, and confidential documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties while providing general administrative support to the legal team.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
• Be customer-oriented
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
