Senior Colourist

1. Conduct professional consultations to assess clients' hair condition, colour history, preferences, and desired results.

2. Perform advanced colour services, including balayage, highlights, lowlights, full colour, colour correction, glossing, and toning.

3. Apply professional knowledge of colour theory, formulation, and chemical products to achieve high-quality results while maintaining hair integrity.

4. Provide professional advice on colour maintenance, aftercare, and suitable hair care products.

5. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior colourists, stylists, and assistants when required.

6. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation and ensure the safe and correct use of all products, tools, and equipment.

7. Monitor colour product usage, minimise waste, and assist with stock management when required.

8. Keep up to date with current colour techniques, trends, and professional standards and participate in relevant training organised by the Employer.

9. Provide a high standard of client care and cooperate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.

10. Perform other reasonable duties related to the Employee's position as may be required by the Employer.
