Learning Support Assistant (Lsa)

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs, following individual education plans (IEPs) where applicable.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and behaviour management to promote an inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with academic tasks, communication, personal care, and social development as required.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
• Be customer-oriented
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
