Manager, Offshore Installation, Oil Or Gas

• Manage the daily operations of the offshore installation, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted oil and gas production.  
• Lead and supervise offshore personnel, contractors, and department heads while coordinating operational and maintenance activities.  
• Monitor production performance, manage budgets and resources, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.  
• Ensure compliance with offshore regulations, environmental requirements, emergency response procedures, and health, safety, and quality standards. 

Educational and skill requirements

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
