Manager, Information And Communications Technology Services

• Plan, manage, and oversee ICT operations, infrastructure, networks, and technology services to ensure reliable and secure business operations.  
• Lead and support IT teams, managing technology projects, system upgrades, and the implementation of new solutions.  
• Develop and monitor ICT budgets, vendor relationships, service levels, and operational performance to optimise efficiency.  
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory requirements, and organisational IT policies while promoting continuous improvement. 

Educational and skill requirements
