The Job
Apart from the day-t o-day activities, the candidate must:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple restaurant brands under the lifestyle group.</li>
<li>Drive brand positioning, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and influencer collaborations.</li>
<li>Plan and manage restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, events, and partnerships.</li>
<li>Analyse marketing data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimise performance and ROI.</li>
<li>Manage external agencies, designers, and PR partners.</li>
<li>Support the Brand Director in all elements, including creative design and any event planning.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in hospitality/F&amp;B marketing, with multi-brand or multi-outlet experience preferred.</li>
<li>A creative eye with experience in content strategy, digital advertising, and social media.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proactive, agile, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.</li>

The Job
As Head of Sales &amp; Events, you will be responsible for driving all sales and events initiatives for the property, ensuring revenue growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience:

<li>Develop and implement the hotel&rsquo;s overall sales strategy, including F&amp;B, MICE, and leisure segments.</li>
<li>Lead the events and banqueting teams, coordinating across internal departments (F&amp;B, marketing, operations, AV, housekeeping) and external partners to deliver flawless events.</li>
<li>Oversee key accounts, corporate clients, and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.</li>
<li>Manage all event budgets, negotiations, and contracts to ensure profitability.</li>
<li>Provide leadership in planning, execution, and post-event reporting, maintaining brand standards at every touchpoint.</li>
<li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and guest expectations to identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Mentor and develop the sales and events teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years in a senior sales and/or events leadership role, preferably within luxury hotels, lifestyle resorts, or high-end hospitality.</li>
<li>Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing high-volume events.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.</li>
<li>Creative, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and guest experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency in sales and event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.</li>
<li>Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or related field preferred.</li>
