The Job:

Job Requirements:

The Job:


 - Develop and oversee pastry menus across multiple restaurants located within the same complex.

 - Lead, train, and mentor the pastry teams in each outlet to ensure consistency and high quality.

 - Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.

 - Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance event visibility and reach.

 - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offering remains competitive and innovative.

 - Represent the company at key events, site visits, and networking opportunities.


Job Requirements


 - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry.

 - Strong background in group sales, private dining, and event coordination.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event booking systems.

 - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.

 - Fluent in English and Maltese; knowledge of another language is considered a plus.
