Training and Service Standards Manager

We are currently looking a Training and Service Standards Manager to join our team.

The Job:

  • Design, deliver, and manage brand-specific training programs across all employee levels.
  • Develop and implement an annual training plan aligned with business needs and performance goals.
  • Monitor and report on training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and deliver training in key areas such as Guest Experience, Health & Safety, Leadership, and Train the Trainer.
  • Support operational teams with on-the-job coaching and re-training based on observations and guest feedback.
  • Manage induction programs and ensure consistent onboarding across departments.
  • Maintain accurate training records and manage all administrative aspects of training delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and assist in recruitment and development.
  • Monitor L&D trends and recommend innovative methods or external resources when relevant.
  • Control the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of working experience in high-end restaurants
  • Good understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of another European language is an asset)
  • Relevant qualifications related to the role
