Front Desk Representative (Customer Care)

The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact, the friendly face and trusted voice that customers remember. You don’t just greet visitors, you make them feel valued from the moment they walk in or call. With a blend of warm hospitality and sharp problem-solving skills, you will ensure a positive experience for every client.
This position is based on 30 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, mainly mornings.
Main tasks and responsibilities
What you’ll own:
- Be the welcoming smile and helpful guide for every customer.
- Listen carefully, respond quickly, and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- Manage calls, emails, and walk-ins like a pro—juggling multiple tasks effortlessly.
- A good team to ensure customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.

- This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.
- Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from one location close to their residence.

Educational and skill requirements
- Excellent computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
