Yippeemalta, the leading day-tour operator in Gozo, is seeking to employ a Booking Agent in order to expand it's operations.

The Booking Agent will be responsible for managing customer bookings across all available channels, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience when booking one of our services. This role, which is full-time and based in Gozo, requires prompt communication, effective coordination, and a strong customer focus.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage daily reservations using the company’s booking system.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding availability, pricing, and tour details.
Coordinate guest logistics, including pickup times, locations, and special requirements.
Process last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer issues with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.
Follow up with guests post-tour to collect feedback and encourage positive reviews.
Upsell packages, private tours, and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as daily reports or booking summaries.
Collaborate with the operations and driver teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
