Sous Chef

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced Sous Chef to assist in running a busy family run restaurant.

Wigi's Kitchen offers an informal unpretentious fine dining experience with an emphasis of high quality cuts of meat and fresh fish.

Requirements:

• The successful applicant applicant must have previous experience setting menus and food pricing ordering and monitoring supplies
• Attention to detail is a must, creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

*The restaurant does not operate on Sunday, Christmas Eve , Christmas day , New Year's Eve & New Year's day.
