Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Opening and closing of shifts.
• Coordinate team members and assure that guest requests are fully met and exceeded.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to team members.
• Organising briefings and de-briefings to team members.
• Ensure compliance of hotels standards.
• Manage guests queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent needs of the team including training, development, and performance.
• High level of customer service.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with team members and guests.
• Flexible to respond to a range of varying work situations.
• Confident in the use of POS systems.
• Any additional ad-hoc duties requested by your superior.

Minumun 2 years in a similar role.

Good communication of English is required, both written and spoken.

Food handling Certificate.
