Shipwright, Wood

• Construct, repair, restore, and maintain wooden boats, ships, hulls, decks, frames, and other timber components.
• Measure, cut, shape, join, and fit timber using traditional and modern woodworking tools and techniques.
• Read and interpret boat-building plans, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Inspect completed work for structural integrity and quality, maintain tools and equipment, and follow workplace safety procedures.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
