General Maintenance Operative

We are looking for a General Maintenance Operative to join the Maintenance Department. The candidate will be expected to fully uphold Company Standards, providing excellent service to our guests.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Daily technical set up and preparations for functions and events.
- Checking of water pumps, water heaters , tanks and drains on roofs.
- Doing any preventive maintenance works needed.
- Conduct repairs and general upkeep of procedures.
- Perform manual repairs if needed (fix locks, etc.)
- Running tests and inspections of Alarm systems.
- Repairing and replacing faulty equipment.
- Any ad hoc duties given by your superior.
Educational and skill requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role
