Ships' Deck Officers And Pilots (Master/Boatmaster/Mate)

• Navigate and operate vessels safely, monitoring routes, weather conditions, sea traffic, and navigational hazards.
• Assist the Master or take command of the vessel when assigned, ensuring safe and efficient deck operations.
• Supervise deck crew, assign duties, conduct safety checks and drills, and ensure compliance with onboard procedures.
• Oversee mooring, anchoring, cargo handling, loading and unloading operations, and maintain required vessel logs and records.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
