We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Receptionist, Hotel

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Hotel Receptionist to provide an excellent first point of contact for guests. The successful candidate will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, respond to guest enquiries, provide information about hotel services, and assist with general front-office operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Welcome guests, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Manage reservations, room availability, guest records, payments, and related front-office documentation.
Respond to guest enquiries and requests in person, by telephone, and by email, resolving issues professionally where possible.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services and a positive stay.

Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
Be customer-oriented
