Registrar, Law Courts

• Maintain and update court registers, case files, legal records, and official documentation accurately and securely.
• Process court documents, applications, orders, notices, and other legal paperwork in accordance with court procedures.
• Coordinate court hearings, schedules, filings, and communication between judges, lawyers, court staff, and other relevant parties.
• Provide administrative assistance and information to court users while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and court regulations.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
