Real Estate Agents And Property Managers

• Market properties, arrange viewings, and assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or renting properties.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, buyers, and other stakeholders and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Negotiate rental or sales terms, prepare relevant documentation, and coordinate property transactions.
• Manage properties by coordinating maintenance, inspections, tenancy matters, rent collection, and compliance with relevant requirements.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
