Waiter / Waitress (Full-Time)

Location: Club Sushi – From Tokyo to Seoul, St. Julian’s

Club Sushi is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Full-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This role offers the chance to grow within a dynamic restaurant that blends modern Asian flavours with warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Manage table service, upsell items, and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Currently residing in Malta
• Based near St. Julian’s or able to commute reliably
• Skill Pass certification is required
• Fluent in English and confident in handling guest requests
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
