Job Overview

As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, replenishing stock, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment while embracing technology and modern retail practices. This role requires flexibility to work on a shift basis, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Details

Shop upkeep, restocking & merchandising
Assisting customers with their needs.
Cashier duties, completing purchases and bagging groceries.
Cleaning

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

Team players, but able to work independently, and will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment experience in a retail environment would be considered an asset
Must be able to work flexible hours daily, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Excellent communication and Customer Service skills are required
Candidates must be IT literate

Experience required:
