Deli Counter Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Deli Counter Assistant to join our team. Your main role will be to serve customers at the deli counter, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products are well-stocked and presented.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Serve customers with a positive attitude
- Cut, weigh, and wrap cheese products
- Keep the counter clean and organized
- Restock and rotate products as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Educational and skill requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on a shift basis (Monday to Saturday, with extra Sundays when needed)
- Basic food handling knowledge is a plus (training can be provided)
- Friendly and helpful attitude
