Position Overview:
iCentre is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Expert to join the team. As a Sales Expert, you will be the face of iCentre, providing tailored product advice, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance. You will possess in-depth knowledge of Apple products and services, paired with a passion for technology and an enthusiasm for helping customers find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering relevant product and service recommendations.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Apple devices
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Educate customers on Apple services including iCloud, AppleCare, and other benefits.
- Maintain a professional store environment by ensuring product displays are well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and customer engagement activities.
- Stay informed about new product launches, updates, and industry trends to ensure expert-level product knowledge.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or premium brands.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of Apple products and an eagerness to learn about evolving technology.
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving results.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Fluent in English
- Already in possession of a Maltese residence permit
