

Recruitment Consultant
A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and delivering effective hiring solutions. This role involves a combination of business development, client account management, and talent acquisition across various industries. The ideal candidate will also contribute to recruitment strategy, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct hire roles.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
- Provide a consultative approach to clients on talent strategy and recruitment best practices.
- Monitor and apply HR and recruitment compliance standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports and recruitment analytics.
- Represent the company professionally in both local and international markets
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Malta in recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a recruitment agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, business development mindset, and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
A starting gross annual salary base of at least 24k with uncapped commissions on placements.
