Manager, Wholesale And Retail Trade (Production And Operations)

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee wholesale or retail operations to ensure efficient workflows, product availability, and excellent customer service.  
• Lead, supervise, and support store, warehouse, and operations teams while managing staffing, performance, and productivity.  
• Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and sales performance to maximise profitability and minimise operational costs.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, trading standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Educational and skill requirements
