Manager, Human Resources

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organisational objectives and employee engagement.  
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee development programmes.  
• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.  
• Monitor HR metrics, manage HR budgets and records, and provide strategic advice to senior management on workforce planning.
