Manager, Educational Institution (Compulsory Education)

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the academic, administrative, and operational activities of the educational institution.  
• Lead, supervise, and support teaching and administrative staff while promoting professional development and high educational standards.  
• Ensure compliance with education regulations, safeguarding requirements, health and safety standards, and school policies.  
• Manage budgets, resources, enrolment, and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and school performance.
