Part-time Temping/Outsourcing Recruitment Administrator/Specialist/Executive

• Manage recruitment for temping/outsourcing roles.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Monitor and apply HR and recruitment compliance standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports and recruitment analytics.
• Represent the company professionally in both local and international markets.

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Native knowledge in one and professional working knowledge in the other in terms of the Spanish and Portuguese languages.
• 1 year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in Malta and with a recruitment agency would be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter would be an asset.

A gross monthly salary between 750 and 1000 euros will be offered, depending on the level of the role, qualifications and experience.
