At Hard Rock Cafe, the kitchen is our stage and we need an experienced, passionate leader to oversee the crew, deliver top-notch quality, and keep things running smoother than a guitar solo.

🤔 What will you be doing?

• Leading all kitchen operations and ensuring Hard Rock quality standards
• Managing, mentoring, and inspiring the kitchen team
• Overseeing food preparation, quality control, and presentation
• Handling inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Working closely with senior management to optimize kitchen performance

🧠 What skills should you bring?

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team dynamics
• Passion for quality, consistency, and unforgettable guest experiences
• Fluent English (other languages are a bonus)
• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
