At Hard Rock Cafe, the kitchen is our stage and we need a reliable, motivated right-hand to our Kitchen Manager. You’ll help lead the team, ensure smooth service, and uphold the rock-solid standards we’re known for.

🤔 What will you be doing?

• Assisting in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
• Supporting and motivating the kitchen crew
• Overseeing food prep, quality, and presentation
• Helping manage stock, inventory, and kitchen organization
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met
• Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to keep the kitchen running like a well-tuned guitar

🧠 What skills should you bring?

• Experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
• Leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first attitude
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
• Flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends
