As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the General Manager, making sure the team performs at its best, guests leave thrilled, and the whole operation runs like a perfectly tuned guitar.

🤔 What will you be doing?

• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Leading front-of-house teams and ensuring outstanding guest service
• Driving staff training, performance, and motivation
• Assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Ensuring brand standards are maintained across all areas
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow

🧠 What skills should you bring?

• Previous experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for people, service, and delivering great experiences
• Solid understanding of operational procedures and performance metrics
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
• Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and evenings
