We Are Hiring: Head Chef

Join a leading restaurant located in the heart of Mellieħa.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role and be fully capable of managing all aspects of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full kitchen operation, ensuring high culinary standards.

• Lead and inspire a small team of 2–3 kitchen staff in day-to-day service.

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with management.

• Work primarily evening shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Head Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
