We are currently seeking to recruit a Full time Junior Sous Chef to join our passionate and talented back-of-house team.
The Junior Sous Chef will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation. This role also requires maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen area while ensuring excellent teamwork within the kitchen team.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen
- Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
- Clean police conduct certificate
