Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

Maintaining staffing, scheduling and performance within the outlet
Control inventory, waste, and ordering from suppliers to maintain cost efficiency
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with brand, health and safety and hygiene standards
Lead and motivate the team; resolve issues on the floor quickly
Implement promotion and menu changes as instructed by the operations manager
Oversee shift performance – Food prep, service flow, cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Having good knowledge in all sections
Ensuring all ingredients are being kept fresh daily
Handle opening and closing procedures
Ensure team productivity – staff are in correct positions, breaks are managed and procedures are followed
Report shift issues (equipment, staffing, incidents) to the operations manager
Supports training and onboarding of new staff
Handle customer complaints
Maintain accurate shift handover reports
