Senior Service Professional – Front of House

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (depending on availability)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Service Professional to take responsibility for running a service station during our busiest shifts.

This is a hands-on service role focused on delivering an excellent guest experience and ensuring smooth service on the floor. Management responsibilities are already covered, we are seeking someone who is confident, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Initially, the role will focus on our key peak services:Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week and potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage your own service station during service
• Deliver friendly, professional and high-quality guest service by taking customer orders and following our Steps of Service
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues
• Maintain service standards throughout each shift

• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house service role
• Confident managing a full section independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Calm, organised and professional under pressure
• Reliable availability for Saturday evenings & Sunday lunches
