<li>Prepare and cook pizzas and/or burgers, wraps &amp; salads according to our standards</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations</li>
<li>Follow food safety and hygiene regulations</li>
<li>Work efficiently during busy service hours</li>
<li>Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations</li>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<li>Previous experience as a pizza chef or grill chef is a plus (training can be provided)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends</li>

Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintaining staffing, scheduling and performance within the outlet</li>
<li>Control inventory, waste, and ordering from suppliers to maintain cost efficiency</li>
<li>Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with brand, health and safety and hygiene standards</li>
<li>Lead and motivate the team; resolve issues on the floor quickly</li>
<li>Implement promotion and menu changes as instructed by the operations manager</li>
<li>Oversee shift performance &ndash; Food prep, service flow, cleanliness and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Having good knowledge in all sections</li>
<li>Ensuring all ingredients are being kept fresh daily</li>
<li>Handle opening and closing procedures</li>
<li>Ensure team productivity &ndash; staff are in correct positions, breaks are managed and procedures are followed</li>
<li>Report shift issues (equipment, staffing, incidents) to the operations manager</li>
<li>Supports training and onboarding of new staff</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints</li>
<li>Maintain accurate shift handover reports</li>
</ul>
