A Meat Counter Attendant attendant in a supermarket involves in assisting the main butcher or meat department staff in various tasks related to the preparation, display, and sale of meat products.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Customer Service: Assisting customers with their meat selections, answering questions about different cuts of meat, and providing cooking advice.
Meat Preparation: Helping to cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat. This may include grinding meat, making sausages, or preparing special cuts.
Display Maintenance: Arranging and maintaining the presentation of meat products in display cases to ensure they are appealing and fresh-looking.
