We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the bar team at ASTE Hotel.

You will play a key role in overseeing the daily bar operations, preparing high-quality cocktails and beverages, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service during all shifts
Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other drink orders according to company standards
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain high presentation standards for the bar area and beverage service
Supervise breakfast, ensure a propper buffet
control purchases, make orders
