Waiters, Senior Waiters, Restaurant Servers, and Food & Beverage Attendants
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters, Senior Waiters, Restaurant Servers, and Food & Beverage Attendants to join our hospitality team in Malta. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks according to company standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Set up and maintain dining areas for service.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and special requirements efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
