Assistant GM (Quality & Executive Support)
💼 Your Role:
As the Executive Assistant Manager – Quality, you will be the right hand of the General Manager, managing executive priorities while leading quality initiatives to ensure a memorable guest experience that reflects the iconic Hard Rock brand.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager’s daily agenda, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between the GM and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead quality assurance processes, analyze guest feedback, and implement improvements.
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous service enhancements.
- Organize executive meetings, trainings, and handle travel logistics.
- Manage administrative and financial processes related to the Executive Office, maintaining confidentiality.
- Promote Hard Rock culture, values, and service standards among all team members.
- Support a healthy, safe, and sustainable work environment aligned with company policies.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support or quality management within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Opera, MICROS, or similar).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Integrity, discretion, and a strong team player attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
