Assistant GM (Quality & Executive Support)

💼 Your Role:
As the Executive Assistant Manager – Quality, you will be the right hand of the General Manager, managing executive priorities while leading quality initiatives to ensure a memorable guest experience that reflects the iconic Hard Rock brand.


🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager’s daily agenda, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between the GM and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead quality assurance processes, analyze guest feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous service enhancements.
  • Organize executive meetings, trainings, and handle travel logistics.
  • Manage administrative and financial processes related to the Executive Office, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Promote Hard Rock culture, values, and service standards among all team members.
  • Support a healthy, safe, and sustainable work environment aligned with company policies.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support or quality management within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (Opera, MICROS, or similar).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Integrity, discretion, and a strong team player attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
