Role Overview

Joining as a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our client's Customer Support Team to ensure prompt issue resolution and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll play a crucial role in refining processes and fostering seamless communication with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Provide support to clients as per support agreements.
• Team Operations: Participate in day-to-day team operations.
• Issue Escalation: Ensure escalation and appropriate closure of issues according to company processes.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of clients' solutions and any implemented changes.
• Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships to maximize repeat business and sales leads.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

• Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computing or IT-related subject.
• Certifications: Preferably possess related IT industry certifications.
• Technical Experience: Have previous experience with SQL and supporting/delivering customers' solutions.
• Technology Passion: Passionate about technology with 1 to 2 years of IT-related experience.
• Business Understanding: Good understanding of designing and developing business processes and data models.
• Client Focus: Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time Management: Strong time management and collaborative skills.
• Self-Motivation: Open-minded and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and in a team.
