  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients.
  • Submit Portnet declarations and maintain operational records.
  • Prepare, validate, and maintain crew lists and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with general operational and administrative tasks to support the agency team.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a maritime or yachting agency role.
  • A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • The flexibility to work outside normal office hours during the busy yachting season, when operational requirements demand.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with some of the world's most prestigious superyachts.
  • Be part of a passionate and supportive team in a fast-growing industry.
  • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
  • Develop your career within an exciting international maritime environment.
  • Gain valuable experience while building relationships with industry professionals from around the world.

If you're looking for a rewarding career where organisation, teamwork, and exceptional service come together in one of the Mediterranean's leading yachting destinations, we'd love to hear from you.
