Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting with enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Essential
- Fluent in both Maltese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or similar roles is considered an asset.
